Please use these Registration Guidelines to begin the registration process for your child. You will need to complete the forms found under Registration Links on the right-hand side of this page or call the Central Registration Office to have a packet of forms mailed to you. CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM
If you have moved or are moving from one home to another in the Waterford-Halfmoon School District, you must fill out this form and return it to the Central Registration Office.
