If you are testing in the United States, U.S. territories, or U.S. commonwealths, and you miss the registration deadline, you still have time to submit a registration, but you must pay a late fee.
The late registration period for January has been shifted later for phone and online registrations—it is nine days later than originally published. The postmarked by date on late paper registration remains the same. Note that fee waivers cannot be used during the late registration period (except for October registrations) or for standby registration.
