The PTO has been a very active group, offering our students many cultural experiences that extend far beyond the district funding.
A monthly general meeting is held while several committee meetings meet more regularly. Many activities involve at-home work for parents who work and/or do not have their evenings free. All parents and guardians, aunts and uncles, and grandparents are welcome to participate.
Membership dues of $3 can be paid at Open House or any time during the year. Some of the activities sponsored by this group are:
- Adopt-A-Book
- Field Trips
- Mother/Son Day, Father Daughter Dance
- Special activities
- Book fairs
