STUDENT REGISTRATION
Kindergarten through 12th Grade
The
Waterford-Halfmoon Union Free School District now has a central location
for all new student registrations.

ext. 3314)
any school
day during normal business hours to
set up an
appointment.
You will
be able to register your child(ren)
on any
Tuesday during the school year from
9:00am
- 12:00pm in the Guidance Office.
Arrangements can be made for those not able to
register
on a Tuesday.
Parents
should bring the following:

Proof of
Residency (tax bill, license, utility bill, rent receipt, lease or
deed).

Birth
Certificate
-
Immunizations
-
Social
Security Card (or number)
-
Custody
Papers (if applicable)

School
