FIRE MONITORS
Students in grades three and four may apply to be a fire monitor. Fire
monitors promote fire safety in the elementary school. Fire monitors meet on
Thursday after school in September and October.
PRIMARY COMPUTER CLUB
The Primary Computer Club is open to students in grader three and four who
have an interest in computers. The club meets Mondays after school.
SCHOOL SPIRIT CLUB
The school spirit club organizes monthly activities to promote spirit, a
community feeling and learning activities in the elementary school. Past spirit
days include Dr. Seuss Day and Beach Party Day. The club is open to third and
fourth graders and generally meets the third Thursday of each month.
HOMEWORK CLUB
Homework Club will be held Tuesday through Thursday after school for students
in grades three and four. In order to attend, a parent permission slip must be
turned in. Space is limited so students are asked to sign up only on the days
when they will require this assistance. Late busses are provided at 3:40.
SAFETY PATROL
Third and fourth graders may apply to be members of the Safety Patrol. Safety
Patrol assists in maintaining safe and orderly student arrival and dismissal.
The group meets after school on the first Thursday of the month.
BOARDROOM CLUB
This club is designed for third graders to develop
stronger comprehension skills through reading and math activities.
